Yes, peoples, the long awaited return of the Deeper Soul Recordings release schedule is finally here!!!! We have been away, but rest assured we have been busy and have a slew of great forthcoming releases for you.
First up, we have the mighty Opolopo joined here by the one and only songstress Amalia. And to top it off we enlisted none other than Karizma and Simbad under their Izmabad guise, and man did they nail this one.
The original is top notch twisted beats business dancefloor murda, and the man Opolopo also turns in one hell of downbeat remix. Izmabad drops the dutty dutty deep house biznas with remixes equal parts Ferrer and Bradock.
Check it out available exclusively here
Watch this space as we will be coming with new releases each and every month for the rest of the year, forthcoming releases and remixes by Quango aka IG Culture, Panoptikum, Just One, Bugz, and more!!
Peace and love,
DSR | | 2008-10-04 16:34:05 | | | The mission | Born in Chicago on the spring equinox of 2003, DeeperSoul Recordings is an active effort to combine the many soulful sounds created around the world, with the rich and diverse roots of Chicago's music history.
With a social and musical conciousness, we reach out to the willing and open ears of the soulful human beings in the world community. We reach into our ancestral past of music and life and realize the lessons and truth available.
We, as children, can learn from the lessons of our elders to create the future through a positive presence. These concepts are applied deepest in our appoach to the music, combining elements of jazz, soul, house, hip-hop, and the ancient use of the drum.
